Youthtech College of Health Education and Business Development is a pioneering institution founded in 2021 by the World Youth and Leadership Foundation. Our mission is to empower young people and citizens through comprehensive training in advocacy, Mentorship, health, education, Youth development and business development. We offer courses ranging from 3 months to 2 years, designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive social and economic development.

As a leading institution, we are dedicated to becoming a Ministry of Health Satellite Training Centre for Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Assistant, mental health counseling, health care giver, HIV AIDS management, Psychosocial Counseling, guidance and counseling, Counseling for drugs and alcohol, Gender based violence, child counseling, and HIV Rapid Test and many more courses. We are facilitating mindset change among young people. Our commitment to quality education has led to registrations with the Zambia counseling council-ZCC and HCGAZ among others.

We offer theory and practical based skills, we also facilitate for attachment placements and share job opportunities with our students.

In partnership with other training institutions we strive to amplify the recognition of youth as equal partners in development, providing a platform for social, economic, and community participation. Together, our mission is to unlock the potential of youth and citizens, empowering them to become active contributors to national and global development.
